In 2006, we started Savini Construction to do things differently. While working for a large home builder, owner Anthony Savini grew increasingly frustrated with corporate limitations and wanted to build a business that was centered around relationships.
He was excited at the prospect of being able to sit down and have honest and real conversations with clients where they could meet the people working on their home and know who to talk to if they had a question or concern.

Anthony was born and raised in Milton, Delaware, and has been in the trade since his first job at age 15, framing for a local custom home builder. Carpentry was in his sites for many years before, as he lent a hand around the house, gaining priceless knowledge from his father. Anthony completed four years at Sussex Technical High School in the Carpentry and Cabinet Making program, highlighted by receiving an award for the 5th best high school cabinet maker in the country in 1999, 1st in Delaware.
He continued his education at one of the top trade colleges in the nation, Williamson College of the Trades in Media, Pennsylvania. During those years, Anthony gained specialization in mechanical trades, blueprinting, design, management, and broadened his knowledge with commercial experience. After college, he continued his love for residential building and worked as a Production Site Manager for a large home builder, managing the construction of over 250 homes in Sussex County, Delaware.
Now as Savini Construction, Anthony is excited to be in the position to build strong relationships with each valued customer while providing the best quality and creating the best experience.
With over two decades in construction management, Kevin joined Savini Custom Homes as a Construction Manager in 2023. Coming from a family of carpenters, Kevin started working with his father at the age of 14, fostering a passion for creating and building. His high school years at Sussex Tech, combined with hands-on experience, laid the foundation for a successful career.
After graduating high school, Kevin pursued formal education in Construction Management at Williamson College of the Trades, where he integrated practical skills with management practices. Kevin spent 8 years enhancing his project management expertise at Pulte Homes, a national builder, before making a strategic move to Schell Brother's, a smaller local builder, in January 2010. This transition deepened his commitment to working closely with clients to achieve their desired outcomes.
Now at Savini Custom Homes, he brings his extensive background to the role of Construction Manager, overseeing high-end custom home projects and renovations with a hands-on and client-focused approach.
Kevin Stevenson continues to be a driving force in the construction industry, combining years of experience with a genuine passion for creating exceptional spaces for his clients.
Gary joined the team in 2023 and comes with an extensive background in building homes in Sussex County for well over 20 years.
As Construction Manager overseeing New Home Builds, Gary is committed to seeing each project through with a high level of communication and attention to detail from start to finish.
Jacob has been a part of the Savini team in some capacity since 2017. Before then, he spent six years as an apprentice carpenter in residential construction, worked as a carpenter for a local home builder, and was promoted to Project Manager while with that company.
He joined the Savini team because he found the culture and company values to be closely aligned with his own. As Lead Carpenter and Site Supervisor, there isn't a job that Jacob isn't involved in. You may see him in the beginning phases of a home construction laying out a foundation or helping put the final touches on a home before turning it over to a client.
Jacob moved to the Sussex County area during his high school years and now lives on a small working farm outside of Milton with his wife and two children.
Wade and his wife moved to Sussex County in June 2022. Before moving to Delaware, Wade was an office coordinator for a telecommunications company in Pennsylvania. As Project Coordinator, Wade seeks to create a smooth and simple process for every person involved in the home building experience.
Wade has extensive involvement with the selection process. He works alongside Anthony and each client during the beginning phases of design, selections, and quoting. Wade remains involved throughout the build, and his focus and joy comes from assisting clients in bringing their dream home to life.
